Lenovo社のM75q-1(Win10Home)からへのSurface Neo/Duoの開発環境構築メモ(随時更新中)

はじめに

この記事ではWindows10 Home搭載PC(ここでは~~32k(税込み)で購入できる圧倒的コスパで有名となっている~~Lenovo社のThinkCentre M75q-1を使用)から、SurfaceDuo/Neoの開発環境構築する為の手順を記載してます。
やらかしに対するフォローやら、機種固有のTipsもあるため、適宜読み飛ばして下さい。

必要になったもの

Windows10 Pro 以上
Homeの場合は別途Pro以上jにアップデートが必要
> Windows10XのエミュレーターにはHyper-V が必須なので、Win10Homeではその機能が選択不可能なため、不可
ここで例としている、M75q-1はHomeのみが選択可能なので、別途Updateが必要
~~Win10 Homeでもいけるやろ？って思ってた僕は別途出費が発生し、別途買い増しが必要となり、本体並みに高い価格で泣いてます。~~
入ってない場合はWindows10 Proのライセンスキー or HomeからのUpdateキーを別途購入ください。

クリーンインストール自のTips

UPDATE TOOL経由であらかじめ1909 が入ったUSB記憶メディアを用意かDVDを用意するのが一番手間暇少ない
> 今は昔のWindows10をインストールするとOPで付属させたIntelの無線用ドライバが存在しないため、無線通信ができないM75q-1から有線LAN必須 or オフライン環境でのインストール作業となるため、とってもコストが増える
M75q-1はLenovoが配布しているAMDのグラフィックドライバーを適用しないと、高確率でフリーズするため、DLするのも一苦労する罠が待ち受けているため予めDLすると吉
並行してX220でインストールしてたらそんなこと一切なかったため、機種によってはの罠だと思われます。
Lenovoのリカバリーツール使っても当然HomeEditionなのであんまりおいしくなかった

- Visual Studio 2019 Preview
- Windows 10 SDK Insider Preview
- Microsoft Emulator.
- Windows 10X Emulator Image.
をインストールする。
ハマるポイントとしては
- Windows Home EditionでチャレンジしてHyper-Vが使えなくて怒られる
→Proのパッケージ版買っときましょう
- Windows Insider Preview版が必須
→InsiderをSlowで大丈夫のはず(現在構築中で未確認のため、違ったらFastとか設定してください。)
- PCスペックが要求スペック未満
→M75q-1買いましょう
などが推測されます。（僕がハマったのは上二つ)

Visual Studio and Windows SDK

Use Visual Studio and the Windows 10 SDK Insider Preview to create apps for Windows 10X devices.

Download and install the latest Visual Studio 2019 Preview.

For installation instructions, see install Visual Studio.

Download and install the latest emulator-compatible version of Windows 10 SDK Insider Preview

The SDK build number must be no greater than the emulator build number.

Get the Microsoft Emulator and Windows 10X Emulator Image

Install the Microsoft Emulator and the Windows 10X Emulator Image Preview from the Microsoft Store. (These links will open the Microsoft Store app if it's installed on your computer.)

Install the Microsoft Emulator.

Install the Windows 10X Emulator Image.

Surface Duo SDK Preview prerequisites

Install the latest version of Android Studio and Command line tools from developer.android.com, including Google's Android emulator which you install using the SDK manager in the Android Studio Tools menu.

Use the SDK manager to ensure all the required dev tools (Android SDK Build-Tools, Android SDK Platform-Tools, Android SDK Tools and Android Emulator) are up to date.

(Optional) Hardware virtualization is enabled. For speedy emulation, follow the guidelines outlined in emulator acceleration in the Android Studio docs.

To use with Microsoft Visual Studio/Xamarin

Complete the installation prerequisites.

Get the latest version of Visual Studio and ensure Xamarin is installed.

Ensure the Android SDK is installed via these Visual Studio instructions.
